Dr Ivo Boškoski
Dr Ivo Boškoski, MD, PhD, graduated in Medicine at the University of Perugia in 2005 he completed the Residency in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy at the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome in 2009 and finished his PhD on Endoscopic Treatment of Obesity at the Catholic University of Rome in 2012. He is presently a consultant Gastroenterologist at the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS and at the IHU of Strasbourg (Institut de Chirurgie Guidée par l’Image de Strasbourg). He is also Instructor and Faculty Member of the European Endoscopy Training Center (EETC) and
IRCAD in Strasbourg, Taiwan and Brasil and inventor of the BoškoskiCostamagna ERCP Trainer. Dr Boškoski is secretary and advisory board member of the Centre for Endoscopic research Therapeutics and Training (CERTT) of the Catholic University of Rome. His main focus is on bilio-pancreatic endoscopy (ERCP), cholangioscopy, management of bilio-pancreatic complications, including the endoscopic management of post-operative complications, bilio-pancreatic malignancy, chronic pancreatitis and its complications and bilio-pancreatic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, bariatric endoscopy procedures as Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG), by-pass revisions and treatment of bariatric surgery complications. He is author and co-author of many peer reviewed publications, text book chapters and abstracts and has lectured at many national and international meetings. Dr Boškoski is the author of the Italian novel “Il tempo non esiste” that has also been translated into Macedonian.
