London Live Endoscopy
Welcome to London Live Endoscopy 2018
Welcome to our 9th London Live Endoscopy meeting! Over the 2 days we’ll be demonstrating, discussing, and debating all aspects of clinical endoscopic practice, including the many rapidly advancing innovations. With a fantastic UK and international faculty we aim to learn not only “how to do it”, but “when to do it”. As well as simultaneous 3 room live endoscopy we have a dedicated ‘Hands On Suite’, staffed by our expert faculty, allowing delegates to be tutored in polypectomy, EMR, ESD, fistula closure, RFA, ERCP (including biliary/pancreatic stenting), cholangioscopy, and EUS. The ‘Where we’re heading’ lecture series will address current and future areas of endoscopic practice and innovation. The breakfast ‘Tricks + Tips’ session provides an opportunity for delegates to learn from the experts about approaches to common clinical scenarios and discuss the latest technological advances. Following fantastic feedback from 2017 we will be running again the ‘Experts on the Spot’ session, in which case video-replay, pathology review, and faculty/delegate Q+A will be used to inform learning and endoscopic decision making. For the course all delegates will be provided with an iPad to allow review and annotation of lectures, quizzes, industry information and up-to-date literature and clinical guidelines (all of which can then be accessed after the meeting). As always we expect the meeting to be fun, informal, and challenging!
